Born and raised near Upsala, Minnesota, Ethan understands small-town living, tough winters, and what it means to take care of your neighbors. Today, he lives on a 40-acre hobby farm in Sauk Rapids with his wife Clare and their six kids, where life is full of energy, responsibility, and purpose. Between the kids, chickens, a husky, and everything else that comes with country living, he brings that same steady, dependable mindset to every homeowner he works with.

Outside of work, Ethan is all about family and the outdoors. Whether it’s gardening, hiking, camping, or taking the kids on new adventures, He values being present and building a life rooted in health, hard work, and time together. This year’s family project? Growing a giant pumpkin and seeing just how big they can get it. 

What really sets Ethan apart is consistency. He works with homeowners from start to finish, making sure everything is understood, nothing gets rushed, and no questions go unanswered. That approach has earned him more homeowner reviews than anyone else on the team, and a reputation that people trust across Central Minnesota.
